Day One - P&O
Ferries crossing to Calais we then take a leisurely drive down to Reims
where you will be able to enjoy the beautiful Cathedral of Notre-Dame
Reims and the St Remi Cathedral at your leisure after which you will
be taken to your hotel, the rest of the day is at your leisure.
Day Two Your day will start with a superb 1 ½ hour
guided tour at Moet Chandon where you will have the opportunity to sample
their fine champagnes and make your desired purchases. The rest of the
day will be at your leisure for exploring the local area of which there
is an array of things to see and do like the Castelline Tower and Parc
De Maigert.
Day Three You’re
in for a surprise! A guided tour of the Eiffel Tower for 1 ½ hours which
will take you into a room where you can look at the original machinery
that controls the operations of the elevators, a bunker that was hidden
under the Champ de Mars, as well as the technical control room on the
first floor. Elevators take you up on this spectacular ascent providing
glimpses of the extraordinary bold architecture of the monument. The
180 meter climb ends with a breathtaking view of Paris, you will then
have 2 ½ hours at your leisure before departing for your return journey
home.
